• Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification.
• Identification: A valid driver's identification or government-issued ID is required for all rentals.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon return of the bicycle in good condition.
• Maintenance: Renters are responsible for basic maintenance during the rental period, including proper inflation of tires and basic cleaning.
• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the bicycle beyond normal wear and tear.
• Theft: Renters are responsible for the bicycle until it is returned to our facility.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the bicycles for:

• Racing or competitive events
• Transporting illegal substances or contraband
• Any illegal activities
• Off-road use unless the bicycle is specifically designed for off-road use
• Transporting more than one person on a single bicycle
• Leaving the bicycle unattended in unsafe areas

5. Safety Requirements

All renters agree to:

• Wear an approved helmet at all times while riding
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Use hand signals when turning or stopping
• Ride defensively and obey traffic signals
• Not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Inspect the bicycle for any damage before riding

6. Liability and Insurance

Renters acknowledge and agree that:

• Bicycle riding involves inherent risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, and accidents
• Renters participate in bicycle riding at their own risk
• Junction Bicycle is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs during the rental period
• Renters are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage
• Renters release Junction Bicycle from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, or injury

7. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking and must be made using a valid credit card or other approved payment method. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for:

• Late returns
• Damage to the bicycle
• Lost or stolen bicycles
• Additional accessories or equipment
• Cleaning fees for excessively dirty bicycles

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for early returns or no-shows.

9. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by users of any such matters or any part of the website, including but not limited to framing or any other use of any trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, or other distinctive brand features, is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer

The materials on Junction Bicycle's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Junction Bicycle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights or other violation of rights. Further, Junction Bicycle does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
