What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend bringing water (at least 1 liter), comfortable cycling clothes, sunscreen, a hat, and a small backpack. All tours include a complimentary water bottle and safety equipment.
Are helmets provided?
Yes, we provide high-quality helmets at no extra charge. We also offer gloves, water bottles, and basic repair kits. All safety equipment meets current standards.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Your safety is our priority. We monitor weather conditions closely and will reschedule tours if conditions become unsafe. We offer flexible rescheduling with no penalty for weather-related changes.
Can I rent a bike for the tour?
Absolutely! Our tour packages include bike rental with models suitable for the terrain. We have hybrid bikes for city tours and mountain bikes for trail adventures. All bikes are professionally maintained and fitted to your size.
Are food and drinks included?
Most tours include bottled water and light snacks. Full-day tours may include lunch at a local restaurant (not included in price). We can accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations receive a 50% refund or can be applied as credit toward a future tour. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
